Airtel started their 3G services today and I was not behind in using their 3G service. Till now I had a great experience with Airtel 3G, they are claiming a maximum speed up to 21Mbps, which is shared among the users of one particular area. So do not expect speeds up to 21Mbps. Finally the much awaited moment for all the Airtel fans is here, they have given a green signal to their 3G services today, they have started 3G in some of the important circles including Bangalore. The Airtel 3G plans are at par with Tata Docomo 3G plans except that Tata Docomo has unlimited data plans where as Airtel has still not come with such a plan. Today I got s chance to experience the Airtel 3G internet at one of their demo centers. They had kept 2 mobile phones, which were being used as PC modem, the two mobiles used where, Samsung Galaxy & Nokia N8. Also they had kept 2 setups where, 3G USB internet dongles were used. More >
