Reliance Mobile has introduced a new service called E-mail on SMS. Its a push mail service through which you can download your e-mails on your mobile phones directly through SMS.The following are the features of this service,

  • You can add upt0 3 mail accounts like gmail, yahoo & hotmail etc.
  • This offer is applicable for both Reliance GSM and Reliance CDMA customers.
  • Options are provided for personalization like the time of e-mail delivery, number of e-mails etc.
  • This service does not requires any special device or special plan activated other than the steps given below.
    • To subscribe to this service you need to send SMS reg to 52206 (Toll Free)
    • Subscription charges of E-mail-on-SMS include Rs.30/month. SMS charges Rs.0.5/SMS sent to 52206;
    • Subscription and help messages are free of charge. To unsubscribe for the service SMS UNSUB 1912 to 155223 (Toll Free)

Once an e-mail account is added successfully, the service will start monitoring your mailbox for new e-mail messages. If it finds a new message it will push you an e-mail summary in the form of a text message. Click here for more details.

Even reliance has joined the tariff wars by introducing two new offers for SMS.

Prepaid

  • All SMS at 1ps at Rs.11/month .
  • Unlimited SMS at daily Rental of Rs.1

Postpaid

  • All SMS at 1ps ar Rs.11/month.
  • Unlimited SMS at Rs.25/month

These are the two new plans launched by reliance for both reliance CDMA and GSM customers. The first plan comes at a monthly recharge of Rs.11, its an add on plan and the second one comes at daily Rs.1. To Subscribe- Prepaid

  • SMS <ACT SMS1P> to 53739 for 1ps plan
  • SMS <ACT SMSDD> to 53739 for daily 1Rs plan.

To Subscribe – Postpaid

  • SMS <SUB SMS1P> to 53739 for 1ps plan
  • SMS <SUB SMS15000> to 53739 for unlimited plan.

Reliance Free Call Offer

Reliance has bought two new plans on both its GSM and CDMA networks which will offer free night calls. The two offers are as follows,

  • Recharge for Rs.29 @ 1 month validity and call unlimited free minutes to any reliance local numbers between 11PM to 6AM.
  • Recharge for Rs.59 @ 1 month validity and call unlimited free minutes to any reliance local as well as STD numbers between 11PM and 6AM.
