After long time Nokia has announced a folding mobile or famously a Flip phone. The new Nokia 2720 has got 2 displays one inside that serves as the main display and the other one the lies on the outer side serves as the secondary screen. Lets check out the features of this new mobile Nokia 2720,

Camera

Nokia 2720 has got a 1.3 Mega pixel camera that uses its CMOS sensors. It also has a 4x digital zoom. It also has automatic white balance, center weighted auto exposure and many other shooting modes. It also supports night mode for shooting images at low light conditions.

Video can also be recorded at a digital  zoom up to 4x. The video would be recorded in 3GP format. Video recording at up to 128 x 96 pixels (CIF) and up to 15 fps, also the maximum video clip length would be 2 minutes.

Music features

Nokia 2720 has a mp3 player that can play formats like .mp3, .aac. It has got a dynamic internal memory of 32 MB, 2.5mm audio connector, FM radio with RDS. Nokia 2720 also supports audio and voice recording.

Browsing & Messaging

It has a opera mini browser that helps browsing HTML pages, supports e-mail protocols like IMAP, POP3 & SMTP that helps you download your e-mails directly on to your mobile phone with attachments.

SMS storage up to 250, supports EMS, nokia audio messaging, speed dialing for SMS sending, common inbox for MMS  & SMS.

Display features

The nokia 2720 has two displays as said above, the main display is a TFT screen with 1.8 inch wide display of  resolution  128 x 120 pixels and 65000 colors.

The secondary screen is 1.36 inch wide with 128 x 160 pixel resolution but this is a black and white screen. Hidden till lit mirror effect on the secondary display. One should click the side volume key once to activate secondary display.

Games

Nokia 2720 has inbuilt games like Bounce Tale, Block ‘D, Snake Ex2, Sudoku, Golf tour (2D).

Other features

Nokia 2720 has a BL-4CT 860 mAh battery, numeric keypad with large keys, dedicated volume keys. Supports GPRS, EGPRS data networks. Comes in two colors Black & deep red. The phone user series 40 software for its interface.
